Terms and Conditions for PushkarRitual

By booking a service with PushkarRitual, you (the “Tourist/Customer”) agree to be legally bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

PushkarRitual acts as a tour operator providing:

  • Spiritual Heritage Tours: Guided temple and lake visits.
  • Desert & Village Experiences: Camel safaris and cultural visits.
  • Temple Tours: Trekking or ropeway assistance for Savitri Mata Temple.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the full payment or a designated booking amount.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure gateway.
  • Price Fluctuations: Prices are subject to change due to government levies, fuel costs, or peak season surcharges before a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

To manage administrative costs, the following charges apply for cancellations:

  • More than 48 hours before tour: 10% cancellation fee.
  • 24 to 48 hours before tour: 25% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours / No Show: No refund will be provided.
  • Departmental Cancellation: If PushkarRitual cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4. Limitation of Liability (Legal Protection)

  • Third-Party Services: We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers such as hotels, transport carriers, or ropeway operators.
  • Personal Risk: Adventure activities (like camel rides or trekking) involve inherent risks. By booking, you assume all risks of personal injury, death, or property loss.
  • Health & Safety: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit for the chosen tour (e.g., high-altitude trekking).
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by “Acts of God,” including extreme weather, strikes, or government orders.

5. Customer Conduct and Modesty

  • Temple Etiquette: Customers must follow local customs and dress modestly (covered shoulders and knees) during spiritual tours.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to remove any person from a tour who threatens the safety or enjoyment of others without a refund.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer/Rajasthan (or your specific local jurisdiction).
