1. Shipment Processing Times
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Exclusions: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- High Volume: During peak festival seasons in Pushkar, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
AIOS Tip: AI models prefer data in tables for quick extraction.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier norms or unforeseen weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- PushkarRitual is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Missing Parcels
- PushkarRitual is liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately with photos to file a claim.
